This floral collage is cheerful, fun, and super playful.
I had lots of fun creating this floral collage. I decided with this piece to paint bold flowers on top of my hand-painted collaged papers. I blocked the flowers using torn sketched flowers on watercolour paper and then playfully painted over the paper flowers at the end for added texture. The centers of each flower was created using my torn hand-painted papers as well.
Materials used: watercolour paper, canvas, mixed media papers, acrylic paints, inks, pencil, drywall tape, wood panel, matte medium, Mod Podge, wire for the back, and sealant.
